I’m not sure which artist is right for me, can you help?
Absolutely. If you’re unsure which artist best aligns with your concept, simply submit an enquiry and our team will personally pair you with the artist whose style and expertise best suit your vision.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome depending on artist availability. For custom work and larger projects, we recommend booking in advance to ensure the right artist and adequate consultation time.
How much will my tattoo cost?
Pricing varies depending on the size, placement, complexity, style, and artist selected. Once we review your enquiry, we’ll provide guidance on pricing and next steps.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
For larger, more detailed, or custom pieces, a consultation may be requested by your artist to discuss design direction, placement, and overall project scope before securing your appointment. If your description and references are easily translated to the artist, a consultation won't be necessary.
Do I need reference images?
Reference images are highly encouraged as they help our artists better understand your vision, preferred style, composition, and design direction. If you don't have any inspiration images we recommend doing some research or coming into the studio for a chat with our team.
Will my artist copy my reference exactly?
No. Reference images are used for inspiration and creative direction only. We respect artistic integrity and focus on creating custom artwork unique to each client.
Do you specialise in certain tattoo styles?
Our studio is home to elite artists specialising across a wide range of styles, including realism, black & grey, fineline, colour, traditional, Japanese-inspired work, ornamental, and custom concepts.
How do deposits work?
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the final cost of your tattoo. Deposit terms will be outlined during the booking process.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Appointments can be rescheduled with adequate notice. Late changes or cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit, further information can be found in our Studio Policies.
Do you offer numbing cream?
This depends on the artist and the project. If you’re considering numbing products, please discuss this with our team prior to your appointment, as certain products can impact the tattooing and healing process.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
We recommend arriving well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten beforehand. Avoid alcohol, excessive sun exposure, and blood-thinning substances before your session.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Touch-up policies depending on the artist and tattoo placement. Your artist will discuss aftercare expectations and touch-up recommendations at the end of your tattoo appointment.
Is the studio hygienic and professionally licensed?
Absolutely. Concealed Empire maintains strict hygiene, sterilisation, and professional standards to ensure a safe, comfortable, and premium tattoo experience.
Can I get a quote online?
General estimates can often be provided based on the information submitted in your enquiry form, however final pricing may depend on design details and final sizing.
Do you tattoo minors?
No. All clients must provide valid government-issued identification and meet legal age requirements in QLD strictly being 18+ only.
