Studio Policies
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. With a minimum of 3 days notice, appointments may be rescheduled ONCE without losing your deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. Deposits may be transferred to a family member or friend with the same artist if at least 2 weeks notice is given before the original appointment date. The artist can decline the swap if the new clients concept is out of their experience or capabilities.
Design, Concept & Placement Change
If you change your mind about the design, concept, or placement within one week of your appointment, it is up to the artist's discretion whether your deposit is forfeited. Small adjustments are generally acceptable, but major changes such as an entirely new concept, style, or placement may require a new deposit and could result in losing the original deposit. Please be certain of your idea before booking to avoid forfeiting your deposit. If you change your mind on the day and artist agrees to go ahead with the appointment with new artwork, we can't be certain the new concept will be completed within the same timeframe or price.

Full-Day Bookings
If you have booked a full day session and decide to get a significantly smaller piece on the day, you will still be required to pay a minimum of 50% of the original full day rate as originally agreed, since that time has been reserved for you.
Promotional Rates
If you reschedule a promotional appointment, it must be rebooked within the promo period. If the new date falls outside the promo period, regular rates apply. The deposit secures the appointment date only, not the promotional price.

Apprentice Rates
Apprentice pricing is subject to change. If you reschedule your appointment to a date after an apprentice rate increase, you will be required to pay the new current rate. Rate changes are posted on the apprentice's social media, and at least one month's notice is generally provided.
The deposit does not lock in apprentice pricing, when client wishes to reschedule.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Clients who are more than one hour late are considered a no-show and will lose their deposit. In exceptional circumstances, honoring the deposit is at the artist's discretion.
Voucher Policy & Terms
All vouchers are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Voucher Expiration Dates
Vouchers have a 2year expiration date from the date of purchase. Your tattoo has to be booked in by the date it expires. Voucher needs to be used within 6months of expiry date. The only reason for the voucher being valid outside of the 6months is strictly limited to artist availability, and reschule by artist only.

Using Vouchers as Deposits
We highly recommend paying your deposit out of pocket instead of using a voucher to secure your appointment.
If you choose to use a voucher as your deposit, the full voucher amount will be applied as the deposit.
If the deposit is forfeited due to a no-show or late cancellation:
Vouchers up to $500 will forfeit 100% of the voucher value.
Vouchers over $500 will forfeit 50% of the voucher value.
For bookings where the tattoo cost will exceed the voucher value, we strongly recommend not using your voucher as a deposit to avoid losing its full value if the deposit is forfeited.
Transferring Vouchers
Vouchers may be transferred to a family member only with notice to the studio and only by the person whose name is on the voucher.
Vouchers can be redeemed toward: -
-
Tattoo sessions
-
Numbing products
-
Aftercare products
Voucher Presentation
The voucher must be in the client's possession at the appointment and physically handed over at the completion of the tattoo.
The studio is not responsible for lost or misplaced vouchers.

Important Notes
Deposits protect the artist's time and preparation. Please only book when you are confident in your design, placement, and commitment. By paying a deposit, you agree to all terms listed in this policy.
